Your data matters

We are registered with the Information Commissioner to use the information we hold for advertising, marketing and public relations purposes. For public relations purposes we may, from time to time, contact you to ask for your help and advice in improving our services.

The data you supply to us as a member will remain confidential and will be managed and stored in accordance with the Data Protection Act (2018) on the Trust’s membership database. The basis for processing your data is that it is necessary for compliance with a legal obligation that the hospital has as a foundation trust.

The information you provide will only be used to contact you about Trust membership-related activities, e.g. contacting you about events, circulating newsletters and governor election information/voting packs (these are sent out by the Trust’s current provider, the Electoral Reform Services).
