Feedback & complaints

We hope that you have a positive experience of using our service and welcome feedback.  Sometimes we do not get it right and if you feel our service does not meet your expectations, please contact PALS (Patient Advice & Liaison Service), alternatively you can contact the Team Leader either by telephone or in writing.  You can find out how to feedback about our service in this leaflet.

Please note that we do understand that at times of distress, frustration levels can become increased. Please be aware that it is important that this frustration is not directed towards our staff members. We have an expectation that both staff and clients will communicate in a respectful manner in order that we are effective in meeting your well-being needs.
