We aim that all our therapy’s should always have the best chance of delivering positive outcomes for you whilst remaining as least intrusive to your everyday life as possible.

It might be that you choose to use workbooks, computer programmes, or to attend groups or one-to-one sessions. You may be supported by phone or have face-to-face sessions. This is very individual and we will help you to make the right decision for you during your initial contact with us.
