Webinars are anonymous live internet based courses that you can access from your own home. Webinars are run by a trained therapist and are very simple to use, requiring very basic IT skills to participate.

All you will need is an e-mail address and access to the internet, this could be via:

  • smartphone,
  • tablet or i-pad,
  • laptop, PC or MAC.

They normally last an hour and will run early evening.  You will be sent self help materials via e-mail to use alongside the course.
