As part of the modernisation work SCR is undertaking to continue to strive for a better service for our customers, we are delighted to announce that we have gone live with the first phase of our new Service Management System software – Efecte. This will provide streamline processes, greater automation and ultimately transparency of incident and service request tracking.

Support cease notices are now being issued to those organisations who have not paid 22/23 maintenance. Support will end on 31st August if payment has not been made.
