Bridgwater Diagnostic Centre

Opening in late summer 2026, the Bridgwater Diagnostic Centre will provide 45,000 diagnostic and outpatient appointments every year. It will be an NHS run centre, providing specialist diagnostic testing.

Services provided by the diagnostic centre

Magnetic resonance imaging (1.5T and 3T)
Computed tomography (2 specialist cardiac scanners)
Ultrasound services
Projection imaging (digital X-ray)
Outpatient clinics
Audiology
Endoscopy (three procedure rooms and decontamination unit)
