Before your appointment:
Please ensure you have read through the leaflet that came with your appointment letter (Video consultation – advice for patients)and that you have a smartphone, tablet, laptop, or desktop computer with a camera and microphone charged and ready to use for your appointment.
How to join:
Please choose from Childrens, Community, Mental Health, Musgrove Park (Taunton), or Yeovil Hospital from the lists to the left or below, then select the waiting area that relates to the service name on your appointment letter/email/text message.

Camera/microphone/audio not working?
Make sure your media volume is turned up and you are not muted
Allow access to your microphone and camera when prompted
