Art for Life work with a number of local organisations below is some information about recent collaborations.
Since 2004 we have been working on an annual project with University Centre Somerset’s Interior Textiles and Surface Design Course. A brief is set for 2nd year students to respond to, allowing the students an opportunity to develop and produce work for the client, Art for Life. This gives students the opportunity to work in a professional environment and work is then selected based on the response to that brief.
Exeter Medical School – An exhibition designed and produced by social artist Deborah Weinreb, with the help of Art for Life, entitled How are you Healing? went on display in The Musgrove Gallery in 2017. As part of this project, the Exeter team also collaborated with the ‘End of Life Group’ at Musgrove Park Hospital.
Foot Anstey LLP have been generous sponsors of our fundraiser Art on the Block. Not only have they been our corporate sponsor but the staff have entered into the spirit and taken an active part in the fundraising auctions.
Somerset Art Works – in the past we have collaborated on projects and exhibitions.
