You have a hearing test at Musgrove Park Hospital.

One of the audiologists will meet you and take you to a test room.

Both doors will be closed during your hearing test.

This helps to keep it quiet enough to check your hearing.

The audiologist will put the earpiece in your ears. It might tickle your ears.

This will not hurt.

You will listen to different beep sounds.

When you hear a beep, you need to press a button or put a brick on a board

Some beeps will be very quiet, so you need to listen carefully.

Some noises may sound strange.

Sometimes the audiologist will show you toys moving in a cupboard.

This helps to check your hearing.
