Internet issues affecting phone lines and online services – now resolved

** We’re pleased to confirm that all the internet issues experienced yesterday have now been resolved, and all phone lines are now working as normal. Thank you to everyone for your patience and understanding.

Urgent update Tuesday 11 April

The health and social care community in Somerset is currently experiencing significant issues with internet access and phone lines. This is affecting some online services, and external phone lines at Musgrove Park Hospital, all community hospitals, mental health units and some GP practices.

We're working hard to fix the problem as quickly as possible.

If you have a planned appointment or procedure, please attend as normal. We'll contact you directly if we need to.
