Intermittent fault with telephones at Musgrove Park Hospital

We are experiencing an intermittent problem with our telephone system. Sometimes, when you ring a direct number for a ward, department or office from outside the trust, you are cut off and not able to get through.

If this happens to you, please redial the main hospital telephone number 01823 333444 and either ask the automated system for the department or ward name you need, or alternatively wait to speak to an operator who will connect you.

This is an intermittent problem so may not happen to you. Please try ringing your usual number first and ring the switchboard number if you can’t get through.
