The voice of our patients, their carers and families, and the communities we serve, are at the heart of our services, and it is vitally important that we understand your experience of accessing local healthcare services.

We’re asking people in Bridgwater, Burnham-on-Sea, Crewkerne, Frome, and West Mendip to tell us how you access healthcare services in your local area, and to share what you think is working, what’s missing, and what would make the biggest difference to you and your family.
