The Children and Young People’s Community Palliative Care Team (CYPCPCT) work 9:00am – 5:00pm Monday to Friday. Within that time, they work flexibly and creatively to meet the families needs.

If the time comes when a child or young person requires more intensive end of life care at home, the nursing team will aim to provide 24-hour nursing cover. This will include a night-time and weekend on-call system to help support the family.
