On Conservators ward we assess and treat patients who have problems with their endocrine systems or have a neurological condition. Some of the more common endocrine problems include Type 1 and 2 diabetes and thyroid problems and the neurological problems can include epilepsy, multiple sclerosis and Parkinson’s disease. If you live with any of these conditions and you need a hospital stay for specialist care, you are likely to be admitted to our Conservators ward.
Visiting Times: Visitors are welcome between 10am to 9pm – seven days a week. If you have relatives who wish to visit or stay outside of normal visiting times please discuss this with the nursing team.
