“I opted to have surgery at The Kingston Wing and I was not disappointed. I arrived feeling very scared indeed and was treated with the utmost care and concern by all. The anaesthetist who came to see me prior to surgery was very sympathetic and put my mind at rest about my spinal block. She was very reassuring. The procedure went really well with people explaining to me everything that was happening throughout. My room was very comfortable, with good facilities, and very good food. What really stood out for me though was the staff. Everyone was really caring and kind and couldn’t do enough for you. Nothing was too much trouble. They made my short stay overnight very comfortable, and I would certainly consider going to The Kingston Wing again should I ever need to go into hospital”.
