Since merging with Somerset Partnership in April 2020 and Yeovil District Hospital in April 2023, Art for Life’s work now covers all acute, community and mental health sites across the county.
Our programme involves three overlapping strands of work that aspire to be sustainable, purpose led, support innovation and grow impact:
An environmental art and design programme that supports and enhances the creation of the highest quality healthcare environment for our service users, their loved ones and carers, and for our colleagues.
A creative health programme that, through participation and engagement, aspires to transform and improve the experience of those spending time in our healthcare facilities.
An exhibition and collections programme that includes the display and management of a range of artwork, of different art forms, across our Trust sites.
