Somerset Neurological Rehabilitation Centre (SNRC) is only able to accept referrals for inpatient neurological rehabilitation, directly from hospital teams.
If you are a medical professional based in a hospital setting and wish to make a referral for a Somerset resident requiring specialist inpatient neuro rehabilitation, please telephone us on 01823 431953 to have a discussion with one of the team. If appropriate, a referral form can then be sent to you for completion.
