The following studies are being carried out at the Somerset Foundation Trust.

ABX464-107-ABTECT-MAINTENANCE – A randomized, double-blind, multicenter phase III study to evaluate the long-term efficacy and safety of ABX464 25 mg or 50 mg once daily as a maintenance therapy in subjects with moderately to severely active ulcerative colitis.

ACESO – Upadacitinib Co-therapy with Corticosteroids in Early Acute Severe Ulcerative Colitis

GONDOMAR – Goals, Needs and outcome Determinants Of Multimodal therapy in Perianal Crohn’s fistula – A multicentre cohort study

IBD BIORESOURCE – The UK Inflammatory Bowel Disease Bioresource: Progressing from Genetics to Function and Clinical Translation in Crohn’s Disease & Ulcerative Colitis

IBD-RESPONSE – Defining microbial predictors of responsiveness to biologic therapies in Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis

LIVEWELL – Liver disease screenings study

PBC GENETICS – Investigation of the genetic and molecular pathogenesis of primary biliary cirrhosis

UK-PSC – A UK collaborative study to determine the genetic basis of primary sclerosing cholangitis
