What we offer and provide
We assess, diagnose and treat hearing and balance problems in adults and provide information, support and counselling to people who use NHS hearing aids. We also fit and repair NHS digital hearing aids.
We are based at Musgrove Park Hospital and Yeovil Hospital, but we also run community clinics across Somerset including:

- Burnham-on-Sea
- Chard
- Glastonbury
- Minehead
- South Petherton
- Crewkerne
- Wincanton
Our teams include audiologists, associate audiologists, assistant audiologists, a hearing therapy team. We are committed to providing high-quality, personalised care.
How people can access our service
Most of our patients are referred to us from their GP or an Ear, Nose and Throat consultant. If you or someone close to you has hearing or balance difficulties, book an appointment with your GP and they can then refer you to our service for further tests and support.
