The techniques taught are based on the principles of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). The course is structured as follows:
Understanding Anger and Irritability.
Dealing with the physical symptoms of anger.
Unhelpful thinking and anger.
Changing our behaviour Ã¢â‚¬“ doing things differently.
Learning assertiveness skills.
For each group, there is a 30-minute orientation session 2 weeks before the start of the webinar to introduce you to the facilitators, how to use the webinar platform and what to expect from the course.
